I think its possible with the namekian dragonballs.You should know if you saw the series.

I do know that and that you can use the black star dragon balls.But if you die a fourth time there's no coming back.

personaly i think as long as you post on planet namek for the dragon balls then you caack to life as many times as you want

Well.If I remember correctly that in DBZ/GT it said that you can revive a person as many times as you want with the namekian dragonballs.Well If they agree that is.
